ASSESSMENT
Many leagues and clubs already benefit from our award-winning assessment model. Our assessments are extremely robust and thorough, with clubs receiving a report containing a summary, all the key scores for each touchpoint, their league table position and a number of recommendations (both quick wins and longer term improvements) as well as the assessor’s full report. The reports are designed for all budgets, from a basic one to an extremely detailed version that includes a stadium heat map, images and video.
Our Best XI recognition project can be included so that the best practice ideas and implementation taking place is shared around all the clubs in a league.

Our experience of working with Mark, Darren and the team is that they are genuine experts in Fan Engagement. This was so important for us, because they were able to help us in our quest to make Eredivisie clubs' stadiums more family friendly. We recognise the impact that Covid might have on the intentions of different groups to re-attend and we are confident that, as a result of the Fan Experience Company's help, we will continue to attract, engage and retain more fans across the country.
