Meet The Fan Experience Company.
Mark's background is modern languages and customer service. A Spanish and Catalan speaker and a contributor to FC Business Magazine, his love for writing is also being met by the many hours invested in the online Fan Engagement course he is writing for FC Barcelona Innovation Hub. Mark wrote the world's first two customer experience travelogues 'Inconvenience Stores' (2005) and 'Retails of the Unexpected' (2008). He is a Sunderland fan.Mark Bradley
A Walsall fan, Darren studied in the United States as part of his MBA in 1999 / 2000 and then worked with organisations in the UK and Europe to help them measure and improve their customer service, specialising in customer feedback surveys, contact centres and complaint management. When he’s not preparing reports for clubs, he writes a regular column for the D3D4 football website. His first novel (Child Taken) was published in 2017.Darren Young
Juan has been undertaking assessments since 2006/7 and has extensive experience of delivering highly detailed and nuanced assessments right across Europe. His linguistic ability allows him the access that a totally English speaking assessor would struggle to match. He has recently completed a MPhil at Cambridge University, achieving a distinction. Alongside Mark, Ana founded the Fan Experience Company in 2005. As well as taking care of the company's finances, she also devotes her time to volunteering on a number of worth while causes. She spent a month in Mexico in 2017 helping underprivileged children and also provides help line support for a national charity. She's just completed her Open University Psychology degree and is about to begin a MSC at Portsmouth University.Ana Bradley
Luisa is a photographer, specialising in portraits and location shots with many featured on photography websites and other media. A keen traveller and crazy about cats, she has a background in retail and interior design. Despite knowing absolutely nothing about sport, she nevertheless developed the Fan Experience website and is also our creative designer for our many match day assessment reports and the company’s social media content.Luisa Young
