Assessment

Many clubs already benefit from our award-winning  model.  Our assessments are extremely robust  with clubs receiving a report containing a summary, key scores, league tables and recommendations (both quick wins and longer term) as well as the full report. Our Best XI recognition project shares the best practice with other clubs.

 

Training

People will always make the difference when it comes to the match day fan experience. They can lift it but they can also bring it down. Our training programme is designed to help people understand why they need to deliver excellent service and how their individual role is crucial to the club’s overall success, both on and off the field.
