Mark Bradley

Mark's background is modern languages and customer service. A Spanish and Catalan speaker, his love for writing is also being met by the many hours invested in the online Fan Engagement course he wrote for FC Barcelona Innovation Hub in 2020. Mark wrote the world's first two customer experience travelogues 'Inconvenience Stores' (2005) and 'Retails of the Unexpected' (2008). He also co-wrote the biography of Northumbrian musical troubadour Martin Stephenson. He is a Sunderland supporter.

Ana Bradley

Alongside Mark, Ana founded the Fan Experience Company in 2005. As well as taking care of the company's accounts and financial management, she is also a fully qualified Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist. She recently returned to full time education gaining a BSc in Psychology and a PGC in Criminal Justice and Victimology. During her spare time, Ana has volunteered for several years as a support line care handler for a leading charity. She was also privileged to travel to Cancun, Mexico to volunteer; helping disadvantaged children in a local school and helping in a community based Vets practice.

Darren Young

Darren has a background in customer service consultancy, and an MBA, completing part of this final year in Florida in several US organisations including Disney. He joined with the Fan Experience Company in 2017 and produces all of the assessment reports for clubs, as well as supporting them in areas including staff development, fan feedback and junior fans. He’s a UEFA mentor and also assessed several games at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar for FIFA. Also in 2017, he wrote the novel Child Taken. He is a Walsall fan.
