The Fan Experience Company renew for 2022

The Fan Experience Company is one of the first companies to come on board as an Official Partner for the 2022 season with the Running Foxes.

After a productive first year as partners of the Club, the Fan Experience Company provided quality feedback in order for the Running Foxes to improve the customer experience at the Uptonsteel County Ground in the future.

The ‘customer perspective’ is of paramount importance to Leicestershire CCC, and creating a unique, fan-focused, enjoyable atmosphere across all three formats in professional cricket lies atop County’s priority list for 2022.

Upon re-signing for the upcoming season, Mark Bradley of the Fan Experience Company said: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with Leicestershire County Cricket Club into 2022.

“Last year saw us bat together for the first time. The conditions didn’t make it easy to score freely, but we kept our heads down and, instead of relying on dogged defence, we opened up and hit some innovative shots.

“Putting our dreams of playing on Grace Road's expansive and beautiful surface to the side, we hope that our contribution in 2021 has allowed the Running Foxes to glimpse a future where each match becomes a community celebration, each new fan becomes a devoted advocate and the club itself becomes a source of inspiration for cricket worldwide.”

Having worked with the Fan Experience Company earlier in his career, LCCC CEO Sean Jarvis was delighted to bring them on board ahead of the 2021 season and is pleased to see the partnership extend into 2022. He said: “Having worked alongside the Fan Experience Company previously, I am aware of how impactful their work is.

“We want to create a warm atmosphere at the Uptonsteel County Ground and we strive to improve the matchday experience for all who enter the gates.

“We have feedback from last season which we are going to implement across the course of the upcoming 2022 campaign, and we look forward to working closely with the Fan Experience Company.”

Tracey Branson, Commercial Manager at LCCC added: “Working with Mark [Bradley] and the team in 2021 was a real eye-opener to the staff here in Leicestershire.

“Their feedback from the last campaign has provided real insight as to what we can do better in the future, and we look forward to working with them once again in 2022.”
