The Fan Experience Company announce first County Cricket Club partnership
We are delighted to announce that we have become an official partner of Leicestershire County Cricket Club for 2021.
The club is on a journey to build upon its existing strengths and our partnership will allow them to draw upon our 15 years’ experience of growing engagement and attendances through improving supporter experiences.
The Fan Experience Company, which was founded in 2005, provides award-winning fan experience assessment programmes in the UK and Europe. This partnership will focus on enhancing the matchday experience at Grace Road with the aim of making existing supporters feel extra valued while extending the club’s reach further into the city, county, nationally and internationally.
“We’re excited to begin to work with the team at Leicestershire CCC. We’ve already had some great discussions and have learned so much about what makes the club special and how we can take their already good quality match day experience to new heights.”
Leicestershire CCC Commercial Manager Tracey Branson said: “We are delighted to have The Fan Experience Company join the club as an Official Partner for 2021. The team will be working closely with staff within the club’s Commercial pillar to develop and improve the matchday offering to fans to Grace Road”.
